A Note to Help Prospective Readers
The No-Nonsense Divorce Handbook does not detail state regulations. It provides a foundation that will help you ask the right questions, speed your research, and select a lawyer. From time to time, reference is made to the process in Texas, as an example.
This book doesn't substitute the necessary research and legal consultations that will be needed for your specific case.
